Capital City Construction, Inc., has been a cornerstone of the Bismarck, ND community since its founding in 1986 by DuWayne Ternes. Incorporated in 1987, our company has grown significantly over the decades, solidifying our reputation for excellence and reliability in the construction industry. At our home office, we have a dedicated team of professionals ensuring smooth operations and project success. Our staff includes four estimators/project managers, a field manager, an accounting manager, and a payroll/administrative assistant. These individuals are the backbone of our administrative and project management functions.

Our field operations are expertly directed by one of our experienced superintendents. This team is supported by our carpenter shop and mechanic shop, ensuring we have the necessary resources and skills on hand. Our workforce embodies our commitment to quality and efficiency on every project. We specialize in general contracting, commercial construction, and construction management, making us a versatile partner for a variety of projects.
